Works include the stripping, removal, disposal and renewal of the existing flat and fitched roof coverings; stripping and and renewing the existing box and back gutters in lead; carefully taking down and rebuilding one section of the south facing wallhead chimney; the removal of loose surface stone to the chimneys and elevations back to hard, and carrying out lithomex repairs and full indents where required, the full decoration of windows, doors, rainwater goods and soil pipes
