East Renfrewshire Council is therefore looking to appoint a single experienced and suitably qualified Tier 1 contractor to construct five separate new family centres across the authority at the following site locations: Easglesham Primary School; Busby Primary School; Crookfur Pavilion; Overlee Pavilion; Glenwood Family Centre. Two building types have been developed by the design team. Type 1 is the 120 place family centre (to be located on four sites). Type 2 the 180 place family centre (to be located on one site). In addition the Council wants to augment two new family centres with a sports and community extension to enhance facilities further at the Crookfur site and at the Overlee site.. The estimated value of 18,400,000GBP reflect the build only element for all five sites. The estimated total project value is in the region of 20,000,000GBP, this includes furniture, fit-out and fees.
