The provision of a fully managed service (including venues) of selected courses from the National Driver Offenders Retraining Scheme (NDORS).. This contract is to be fully self funding from the fees charged to attendees of the courses. This requirement does not meet the criteria to be advertised under The Concessions Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 and is being advertised as a public contract under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: The option to extend the initial 36 month contract term by an additional 2 x 12 month periods

Renewal: The contract will include the option to extend by a further 2 x 12 month periods at the sole discretion of COPFS
