Link Group Ltd and its subsidiaries (as detailed below) ("Link") is following a two-stage procedure to appoint a single contractor to deliver a customer focussed servicing, maintenance and reactive repairs contract for fire detection equipment and alarms, emergency lighting, smoke vents, sprinkler systems, dry risers, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and intruder alarms as part of the Link Group's Cyclical Maintenance for 2019/21, with a possibility for a further 12 month extension as mutually agreed and subject to negotiations and contract performance (referred to "2+1" hereafter). Link can at their sole discretion extend the period of the contract by one year beyond the contract period stated.

Renewal: 12 month extension at the discretion of the employer
