Notice Description
Atrium Homes will shortly be issuing a contract notice to establish a framework of contractors to undertake refurbishment/upgrade works to meet the 'Homes fit for 21st Century Living Standard' to approximately 780 properties in East Ayrshire and one property in South Ayrshire.

Lot 1
Works will be made up, where required, in part or in full to the following: - Energy Efficiency Upgrade Works - Kitchen Replacement Works - Bathroom Replacement and Upgrade Works - Internal Wall and Ceiling Works - Internal Woodwork and Flooring Works - Electrical Safety Works - Heating Alterations - External Door and Window Replacement/Repair. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
