Notice Description

Day-to-Day Reactive and Void Property Repair and Maintenance Service for Joiner Work. A comprehensive reactive repair service shall be provided and is classified as Right to Repair as based on the Statutory Scheme, Emergency, Urgent, Routine and Void, each with the appropriate response times detailed in the Summary of Client Requirements contained within the ITT document. It is intended that there will be up to three Contractors appointed to the Framework. This service will include for any Emergency repairs that may be instructed out of normal office and working hours - including weekends and Public Holidays.
