The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of One Scotland Mapping Agreement (OSMA). The OSMA is a collective agreement between Ordnance Survey (OS) and the Scottish Government which allows over 100 Scottish Public Sector Organisation to access and share OS digital mapping data.

The OSMA is a collective agreement between Ordnance Survey (OS) and the Scottish Government which allows over 100 Scottish Public Sector Organisation to access and share OS digital mapping data.. The contractor pays all staff at a rate higher than or equal to the Scottish Living Wage and will continue to pay that wage rate through the duration of this contract
