Falkirk Council Children's Service is seeking a provider(s) to deliver an alternative to continuing care and aftercare in an accommodation based resource. The provider will assist young people to gain the knowledge and skills necessary, and support them to make a successful transition to more independent living.

Falkirk Council Children's Service is seeking a provider(s) to deliver an alternative to continuing care and aftercare in an accommodation based resource. The provider will assist young people to gain the knowledge and skills necessary, and support them to make a successful transition to more independent living. There are currently two Falkirk Council properties where this service has to be delivered from. There is scope to add more locations throughout the term of the Framework Agreement. Organisations that meet these minimum criteria set out in Section III.1.4) can submit a completed ESPD Questionnaire via PCS by 11am on 12th December 2018. Late submissions will not be accepted. A maximum of 5 bidders will be Invited to Tender following evaluation of ESPDs. The Framework Agreement is expected to commence on 01/06/19 for a period of up to 4 years.
