Organisations that meet these minimum criteria set out in Section III.1.4) can submit a completed ESPD Questionnaire via PCS by 11am on 12th December 2018. Late submissions will not be accepted. A maximum of 5 bidders will be Invited to Tender following evaluation of ESPDs. The Framework Agreement is expected to commence on 01/06/19 for a period of up to 4 years.",
