Perth & Kinross Council's (the Council) Employment Initiatives Team, is seeking to appoint approved provider of a programme evaluation of the regional employability programme, EmployabiliTAY programme on behalf of Dundee City Council and Angus Council also. EmployabiliTAY is part-funded by Scottish Government through the Innovation and Integration Fund for the period 1st October 2017 to 31st March 2019.
