Lot 1

Demolition of a factory/warehouse complex of 8 Nr with unit 8 being a listed building, units at Morgan Street, Dundee, approximate floor area 4,656m2, comprising stone/brick walls, internal steel beams and roof trusses, mezzanine floors and asbestos and slate roofs. Surrounding hard-standings to be broken up and removed from site. Existing stone to remain on site. Surplus concrete and masonry demolition material is to be crushed, graded and left on-site. Works will include grubbing up foundations and uplifting sundry debris and rubbish. Included will be the removal all rubbish (which includes household furniture, cardboard & general materials). Please note that works may be divided into two phases, with Phase 1 being Units 1-7, approximate floor area 3,358m2, with Phase 2 being Unit 8, approximate floor area 632m2, which may, or may not, be carried out at a later date or, alternatively, concurrently with Phase 1. Please note that unit 8 is a listed building and demolition of this unit may include an element of facade retention.
