Notice Description
The internal audit service provider will be responsible for providing an objective, independent appraisal of all Hanover's activities, financial and otherwise. They will have a role in advising and reporting to management, the Chief Executive and the Board providing them with assurance on the arrangements for risk management, control and governance.

Lot 1
The scope of internal audit work should cover all operational and management controls and should provide opinion on the whole system. Any audit should also examine the arrangements by which Policy decisions are made, monitored and reviewed and any related risks identified. The internal auditor will be required to give an annual opinion to the Board on the adequacy and effectiveness of the arrangements for risk management, control and governance and for economy, efficiency and effectiveness (value for money) within HSHA, and the extent to which these arrangements can be relied upon.
Renewal: The initial 3 year contract maybe extended for a further 2 years.
