Summary of the contracting process

The Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association is currently seeking bids for the provision of internal audit services, valued at £125,000. This tender falls under the industry category of housing and community amenities and is located in Edinburgh, UK. The procurement process is at the tender stage, with the submission deadline set for 17th December 2018. Interested parties must submit their bids electronically, and the chosen service provider will be tasked with delivering independent appraisals of various activities within the housing association, ensuring effective risk management and governance.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses involved in auditing and accountancy, particularly those that do not currently provide audit services (other than internal audit services) to Hanover. Bidders should demonstrate relevant experience through previous audit work and hold the necessary qualifications and accreditations. The contract is structured for an initial three-year term, with the potential for a two-year extension, making it an attractive option for firms looking to establish a long-term relationship with a reputable housing association.
