    "description": "The Contracting Authority has appointed a broker to act on its behalf, Price Forbes, but the response to this notice MUST be via the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) web portal . The Contracting Authority will only consider expressions of interest from insurers. GBP means Great British Pounds. The Contract shall be subject to Scots Law and the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. Candidates must provide the information detailed in section III of the Contract Notice, the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and related supporting information with their expression of interest, in order to be considered further, that includes: a) confirmation of membership of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or equivalent; b) evidence of ability to meet high value claims in excess of 5,000,000 GBP; c) complete the submit European Single Procurement Document \"ESPD\" Part II (A, B, C, D), Part III (A, B, C, D), Part IV (E) and the concluding statement at Part VI; d) submit economic and financial information comprising: three years audited or company accounts, bank reference to the minimum value of 100,000 GBP where an unsatisfactory Equifax check cannot be obtained by the Contracting Authority; evidence of current Employers and Public Liability Insurances to a minimum value of 10,000,000 GBP and 5,000,000 GBP respectively; evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance; e) provide evidence of the most relevant experience for the contract in the past three years including any local authority insurance services; and f) complete and submit non-disclosure agreement. The Contracting Authority will evaluate the responses and the information supplied in response to the requirements in a) to f) above. Invitations to Tender together with claims history and property details will be sent to all candidates satisfying those requirements. Contract award criteria will be specified in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). NOTE: Shetland Islands Council's Claims History will only be sent to candidates who have submitted a valid and validly signed non-disclosure agreement.
