Notice Description

The works comprise the external refurbishment of 105nr existing circa 1970 'Macrae Plus' timber framed houses. The works comprise a new 'Wetherby' insulated render panel system or equal and approved of refurbishment to the external walls. Removal and replacement of existing roof tiles, rainwater goods, extension to existing soffits and verges. Replacement windows (to Udny Station only) and doors (to circa 70nr different properties) also form part of the works
