Notice Description
This Framework Agreement shall be made up of up to eight competent Suppliers who shall be responsible for carrying out a variety of Research and Evaluation Services for the SPS.

Lot 1
It is envisaged that the Framework shall contain up to eight suppliers for the purpose of carrying out Research and Evaluation projects on a variety of subjects for the SPS. The duration of the Research will vary dependent on the scope of the Research to be conducted by the Supplier(s). The duration will normally expect to be between 5 - 30 days, and will be agreed prior to the start of each Research project. This procurement will follow the EU Open procedure. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) (including the European Single Procurement Document) will be published by SPS on the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) website. This will be made available to all bidders and contain full information on the specific requirements of the contract, the pricing model and the evaluation method.
Renewal: Possible extension of up to 12 months
