The procurement will be on a single stage assessment. Each contractor will be asked to complete an ESPD as well as the completed tender submission. The ESPD will be scored on a PASS/FAIL basis, and only those passing the ESPD will have their submission assessed. The ESPD Minimum Criteria will be as follows: Annual Turnover: GBP80,000 Insurance Minimum Requirements: Public Liability - GBP5,000,000 Employers Liability - GBP5,000,000 Professional Indemnity - GBP1,000,000 The tender submission will consist of a quality questionnaire which will be assessed as part of the tender report. The ratio for assessment will be 60% Price, 40% Quality.
