Notice Description

This communal cleaning service will be for a maximum period of three years; it will run initially for 24 months and then will have the option, at the discretion of Fife Housing Group, to extend for a further one single 12 month periods. The service is to provide a communal cleaning service to Fife Housing Group properties across Fife (see property address list included in supplementary information). The service will include all communal cleaning as set out per the specification.

Fife Housing Group which is the trading name for Fife Housing Association and PACT Enterprises Limited is seeking to appoint a service provider to carry out communal cleaning in closes, stairways, hallways in various accommodations across Fife (see specification and address listing).

Renewal: Following the initial 24 months there can be a single extension of up to 12 months at the sole discretion of Fife Housing Group.
