The North Highland College require to secure contactor(s) to provide building services across their campus estate across the North Highlands of Scotland. This will be split into Northern and Southern Lots.

Lot Information

Builder Services - Northern Campuses

The College require a contractor(s) to provide emergency, reactive and planned builder services to their Northern campuses in Thurso, Halkirk and Wick geographical areas.

Renewal: On expiration of the initial 24 month term there is an option to further extend the local framework by two 1 x 12 month periods.

Builder Services - Southern Campuses

The College require a contractor(s) to provide emergency, reactive and planned builder services to their Southern campuses in Alness and Dornoch geographical areas.

Renewal: On expiration of the initial 24 month period there will be the option to extend the local framework for a further 2 1 x 12 month periods.
