Shetland Islands Council proposes to provide sacrificial cathodic protection to sheet piled pier faces at West Burrafirth Pier, West Burrafirth. The pier faces to be protected cover approximately 135m of berth with a maximum water depth of 7.5m below local chart datum. The pier was built around 1986. The system must be designed, installed and commissioned during the current financial year 2018/19.
