Procurement Information
Greater Glasgow Health Board wishes to extend the existing Maintenance Contract for Patient Lifting Equipment with the current provider for a period of 12 months on behalf of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, NHS Ayrshire & Arran and National Waiting Times Centre Board, whilst considering our strategy to re-align Maintenance Contracts for similar services prior to re-tendering. By extending this Contract for 12 months we will have the opportunity to gain greater knowledge of our entire fleet of equipment across all sites with a view to combining all relevant products into one Board Wide Framework. If this is deemed to be the most efficient way to manage these Maintenance Contracts, the opportunity will be published to the open market with all interested parties open to submit bids.
