Following the hotel study carried out by GVA in 2016 on behalf of the Scottish Cities Alliance (SCA) the report identified that there would be good demand for a new business class hotel (which is currently lacking) to service the local corporate and events market.We require a revised feasibility study focusing on two new build propositions within Perth City Centre.
