The project would be considered a success if it is able to deliver the following: - A reliable and secure desk and room booking service with simple user interfaces which does not adversely impact the user experience and productivity. - A resilient desk and room booking service which meets the requirements for Scottish Water should a business continuity or disaster recovery event occurs. - A value for money service, with robust information security, compliant with all legislation such as GDPR. - Policy, management guidelines, procedures and training/guidance to support the introduction of the new service to the organisation. - Migration of existing valid reservations for resources from Workspace Manager.",
