This is a Contract AWARD Notice and as such the procurement process is complete. It is expected that these services will be required from April 2019 for an initial period of 3 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar years following the Initial Term. The initial 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP37000 and GBP53000 (excluding VAT).

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following requirements, The summary of requirements for services at An Lochran includes: Waste Collection and Disposal Waste Recycling and Sustainability Contract Management Monitoring and Reporting It should be noted that this list is not intended to be exhaustive.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: The client may choose to modify this contract, where for example increases or decreases in uplifts or types of waste are required, whilst the contract remains live.

Renewal: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
