Locality Low Rise Grounds Maintenance Works - The City of Edinburgh Council provides a responsive service to its tenants living in housing estates managed by 4 Locality Teams. The service involves reactive work on the Council's Housing land including the provision of grass tidying & cutting, ground works, small scale fencing, hedge & tree cutting/clearance, litter picks and dirty work services.
Procurement Information
The initial contract was put in place to cover reactive work on Council Housing land including grass cutting and garden clearances in empty homes, ground works, small scale fencing, hedge and tree cutting/clearance, litter picks and 'dirty works'services.
