It is our intention to fund a competitive Grants Programme with a maximum of 6 grants ( Maximum of 2 for each topic area). There will be a maximum grant award for any one grant of 31,000 GBP The grant applications should cover one the following areas Topic Area 1 - To assist Scotland in being a world leader in digital skills development a review of International best practice in upskilling and reskilling of the workforce and recommendation of suitable suite of offerings to be scaled for delivery Scotland wide. Topic Area 2 - Pilot approaches to career conversion into digital roles where someone's role is at risk due to automation and digital disruption aimed at a target. Topic Area 3 - Pilot approaches of how to prepare staff for the impact of digitation that may have for their role in the future.
