PLEASE NOTE THIS AN ABOVE THRESHOLD PROCUREMENT WITH THE MAIN NOTICE PUBLISHED DIRECTLY IN THE EUROPEAN JOURNAL TO COVER ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES. LHC frameworks in Scotland are managed by SPA (Scottish Procumrnet Alliance) The framework offers: FIRE ENGINEERS & SAFETY MANAGERS to advise on all fire safety aspects of client portfolios including but not limited to buildings/environments which are proposed, under construction, existing, under refurbishment, regeneration or being demolished; and Fire Safety Managers to assist in the management of those portfolios based upon the principles of PAS 7 2013 Fire risk management system. FIRE RISK ASSESSORS - BAFE SP205 Certified Companies that undertake risk assessments to simple to complex, residential and commercial buildings/environments. FRAs further divided into Domestic (predominately purpose built flats) and Non-domestic (predominantly public access).

LHC frameworks have helped more than 700 contracting authorities throughout mainland UK, including SPA partners in SCOTLAND and WPA partners in WALES. We monitor up to 500 active call-off projects at any one time, staying close to our clients - buyers and suppliers - to ensure current projects are delivered on time and budget, and future frameworks will suit their needs. FS1-C will focus on the provision of BAFE 205 or equivalent certified consultancies who, from within their practice, are able to provide the services usually associated with a fire engineer, fire safety manager and or fire risk assessor. If a company's turnover in each of the last 2 years exceeds 400 000 GBP then it passes. Failure to meet the minimum turnover amount will exclude the tenderer to further evaluation. For new start-ups, demonstrate financial status (e.g. forecast of turnover for the current year and a statement of funding provided by the owners and/or the bank, charity accruals accounts or an alternative means of demonstrating financial status). LHC shall consider the information and may accept the company with or without financial restrictions. Profitability: this is calculated as profit after tax but before dividends and minority interests. Liquidity: this is calculated as current assets and work in progress, divided by current liabilities. If a company passes both Profitability and Liquidity, the company meets the framework requirement. If you fail either Profitability or Liquidity LHC shall require additional financial information from tenderers, and take this into consideration in the financial assessment process and also obtain independent assessments on the financial information provided by the tenderer, or where applicable the parent/holding company, and take this into consideration in the financial assessment, LHC shall consider the information and may accept the company with or without financial restrictions. Consequently, other contracting authorities who were not part of the buyer engagement process will nevertheless also find that the frameworks meet all or the majority of your requirement.
