To enable business as usual within the SCOTS network after transferring to Forestry and Land Scotland, a number of software applications are required. The software applications required were either previously purchased through the Forestry Commission and the licences are due to expire on 1 April 2019, or were owned by the Forestry Commission and would not transfer to Forestry and Land Scotland, or the software applications are needed to support the new SCOTS connect requirements.
