Creative Participation Consultant School age

Creative participation consultants, will design and deliver processes that will engage and draw out the views of three target age groups outlined below. 3500 GBP Creative Participation Consultation - School Age (Target group 14-18) 3500 GBP Creative Participation Consultation - School levers, Students and Young adults (Target group 18-28) 3500 GBP Creative Participation Consultation - Parents and Working Age Adults (Target group 28-40) Creative Participation Consultants - be able to actively engage with people of all ages and abilities across the community, specifically targeting families; young people; & teenagers from a variety of backgrounds. - be able to design and deliver creative consultation and design activities and events tailored to key target groups. - provide a summary of activity delivered and information gathered.

Community Action Plan

The community Action Plan consultant work will connect the participative consultations with a range of expertise, drawing the views of the target age group into a practical Community Action Plan. This consultant(s) should engage with the other three, to ensure that the participative processes are deigned to ask appropriate questions and provide the required information. They are expected to engage with the charrette process for direct learning and to provide a summary of information gathered. The consultant may wish to employ the use of Place Standard Tool techniques to promote place-focused considerations. The Community Action Plan should bring together, key aspirations for Langholm's regeneration as seen by the target age groups. For each aspiration it should identify - short & medium term goals - routes to achieving these, - Local leads for each - examples of best practice. - short to medium term goals. This report should be presented in a format appropriate to the target age groups. Community planning consultant(s) will - Be able to draw on and bring a range of expertise into the process. - Identify key actionable priorities, - Connect the priorities with short and medium term goals, who within the community is best placed to lead, avenues to delivering this (funding, legislative, or connections to other organisations), and examples of best practice. - Provide a report, summarising project activity, detailing all of the above and making strategic recommendations. - Provide Key recommendations in a Formats accessible to the three target groups.
