This would involve the establishment and maintenance of a panel of at least 300 individuals and the capture of their usage of Gaelic media on a programme by programme basis for the linear television channel and for content consumed on other platforms, and on a weekly reach basis for radio and online. The panel should accurately reflect, both geographically and demographically, the Gaelic-speaking population of Scotland, including learners. - 3 year plan for weekly and quarterly audience data reporting. It is expected that weekly and quarterly reports, with appropriate usage of tables and graphs, would be supplied to key editorial staff. These reports would include weekly reach for all the Gaelic media, programme reach and approval for all Gaelic TV programmes, weekly duration of linear, non-linear and radio usage.
