This procurement is for the provision of legal services in respect of Fife Housing Group's tenancy management service. This service will be for a period of two years with a further one year extension possible at the sole discretion of Fife Housing Group. This is a single stage procedure and bidders should ensure they have completed the ESPD document and related evidence, having acquainted themselves with the service specification.
Renewal: Extendable at the sole discretion of Fife Housing Group for a further period of 12 months.
