Notice Description

Framework Agreement for the provision of gutter cleaning and roof inspections (Lot 1) and reactive roof repairs (Lot 2) to the Association's properties (5,409nr in total) located throughout the North Glasgow area. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 36 months, commencing on a mutually agreed date circa mid-February 2019, with the option - at the Client's discretion - to extend the Agreement for a further 12-month period thereafter. Contractors may bid for ONE LOT ONLY.
