Notice Description

This is a Challenge Fund process. The National Third Sector Challenge Fund is an element of the ESF Programmes, which SDS as a Lead Partner has been directed by the Scottish Government to Manage and Administer the Fund on their behalf. SDS is looking for submission of Challenge Fund proposals from the Third Sector as a key part in addressing the needs of unemployed people experiencing multiple (at least two) barriers to gaining employment. It will support activities that enable the participants to address barriers that are preventing them from moving along the skills pipeline and allow them to progress into employment, education, training or next stage of pipeline for further support. Any eligible approved activity may start from 1 July 2019 for a maximum of 36 months duration.
