Skills Development Scotland's Enterprise IS provide shared services to themselves, Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise. The organisation shall shortly be embarking on a period of transition from our current on-premise hosting service to a combination of Microsoft Azure and third party on-premise data centre (Virtual Private Cloud). The Bidder is expected to provide a service to support that transition taking place.
