Notice Description
The purpose of this procurement is to outline the requirements for potential contractors to tender their services to Glasgow Science Centre (GSC) to carry out refurbishment works to the existing toilet facilities within the centre. The scope of works will include replacement cubicles, sanitaryware, IPS panels, wall cladding, flooring, decoration and associated plumbing, electrical and lighting requirements.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Working closely with the GSC project team and in-house designers, the Appointed Contractor will produce construction drawings, build, deliver and install the replacement cubicles, sanitaryware, IPS panels, wall cladding, flooring, decoration and associated plumbing, electrical and lighting requirements for the toilet facilities throughout GSC.
Options: GSC is seeking costs for 2 levels of specification and will proceed with one of the options depending on the final contract value. Details can be found in the Invitation to Tender document.
