Tender for the exclusive supply of Concession Catering services for an initial period of 5 years at the newly redeveloped Burrell Collection comprising the Burrell Restaurant, Burrell Coffee Shop, Level 2 Coffee Bar,Seasonal Internal Mobile Coffee points. Day visitor mobiles and pop ups & the supporting kitchen and storage areas. Together with the non exclusive supply of internal event catering & external daytime event catering.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
