The works comprise the design and build of new build housing to 3 separate village sites within the North Lanarkshire area. Each site will be tendered as a separate contract.

Lot Information

Design and Construction of New Build Housing at Burnhall Place, Waterloo, Wishaw

The Employer desires the Contractor under a Design and Build Contract to provide residential dwellings for 3Nr sites. Each project will be tendered on an individual basis. To avoid multiple identical applications, contractors are only required to submit 1 No fully completed ESPD(S). The contractor will be given an opportunity to register his interest in any of or all of the 3 projects, see question 2.18 and 4C.1 in PCS-T. The scoring for the fully completed ESPD(S) will then apply to each of the projects the contractor has noted interest in. This lot refer to site 2 as follows:- 2. Burnhall Place, Waterloo, Wishaw -. It is envisaged that the site will accommodate 20 units, comprising a mix of types being semi-detached or terraced houses, cottage flats and bungalows. The houses are to be built in accordance with the Construction brief, Employers Requirement and associated appendices found in the buyers attachment area within PCS-T. Please note that the feasibility of this site proceeding is subject to the site investigations results and land titles. The number of units may also vary as they are subject to planning approval and site investigations results.
