Lot 1
Restricted procedure with a maximum of 6 contractors selected to tender for the contract. Selection will be made through use of an ESPD. The contract will be let on a 60:40 quality/price basis for an initial 3 year period.
Renewal: 2 further years at clients discretion awarded on +1 + 1 basis
