The information you provide should cover the following areas - - a full description of the provision delivered relevant to the type of work proposed to provide as part of this framework - contract value & dates. - previous or current customer details Tenderers will be required to confirm that they will employ environmental management measures that meet the following requirements, Contractors must be either a Registered Waste Carrier themselves or employ the services of a Registered Waste Carrier and will be required to provide details of the Registered Waste Carrier(s). Tenderers will be required to demonstrate that they have they have appropriate human resources available to deliver the requirements of the framework, by detailing their average annual manpower for the last three years, including managerial staff. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the Contract Notice. Tenderers are required to confirm whether they intend to sub-contract and if so provide details of the proportion (i.e percentage) of framework agreement that is intended for subcontract. Tenderers will be required to confirm that they have the required quality control institute certificates (or from agencies of recognised competence) confirming that products meet the following technical specifications or standards: - The Contractor must have a Health and Safety Assessment Scheme ('CHAS - The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme') accreditation (or equal and approved) and have, within the last 12 months, successfully met the assessment requirements of a construction-related scheme in registered membership of the 'Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP') or 'SAFE Contractor Scheme' (or equal and approved) and will be required to provide registration and certification details. Contractors must provide an approval letter of compliance or accreditation certificate as evidence. If this cannot be provided, bidders will be required to explain why, and to confirm details of other means of proof that can be provided (issuing authority, address, reference of documentation). It will be Dundee City Council's ultimate decision as to whether the H&S qualification provided by the tenderer meets the criteria detailed above and is acceptable"
