Notice Description
There is a requirement to put in place a medium term contract for re-stock ground preparation work, including mounding, to prepare sites for replanting following harvest and fallow periods. Galloway also have a requirement for the provision of separate in-crop machine drains maintenance services.

South Region - Galloway Mechnical Machine In-Crop Drains Maintenance
Two year contract for Mechanical Machine In-Crop Drains Maintenance for Galloway, within South Region as detailed within the ITT documentation in Public Contract Scotland Tender.. All pricing must be exclusive of VAT. Any costs not included will be presumed to be waived. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 8 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. All criteria and supporting documents are available within the ITT in PCS-t.
Renewal: Potential one year extension. We do not anticipate using this option, it is for contingency only. The value detailed in II.2.6 is the three year value.
