Robert Gordon University have awarded a contract to a single service provider for the provision of Hard Facilities Management (FM) and related projects. This contract scope includes the following: Planned and Reactive Hard FM services (M&E, HVAC, Fabric, Water Services, Gas, Lifts) to SFG20/CIBSE/best practise standards, small works projects, and the provision of a Helpdesk and CAFM systems.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: 4 years initial contract period, with the option to extend for three further one-year periods
