Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking to appoint a single Supplier to act as Property Managing Agent who will professionally manage and supervise the full range of services which support the day to day delivery of its Investment Property Portfolio (the Portfolio) and SE Occupied Buildings. SE has outsourced the management of its Investment Property Portfolio (its portfolio of investment sites and premises) since 1991. SE currently manages the Occupied Buildings (where our staff work and we do business) and associated Facilities Management (FM) of contracts and services in-house.

Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking to appoint a single Supplier who will act as Property Managing Agent who will professionally manage and supervise the full range of services which support the day to day delivery of its Investment Property Portfolio (the Portfolio) and SE Occupied Buildings. SE has outsourced the management of its Investment Property Portfolio (its portfolio of investment sites and premises) since 1991. SE currently manages the Occupied Buildings (where our staff work and we do business) and associated Facilities Management (FM) of contracts and services in-house. For the Property portfolio the agent will provide full management services. For the Occupied buildings the agent will be responsible for putting in place and managing the service contracts.
Renewal: This contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial period of 48 months with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months each.
