Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking to appoint a single Supplier who will act as Property Managing Agent who will professionally manage and supervise the full range of services which support the day to day delivery of its Investment Property Portfolio (the Portfolio) and SE Occupied Buildings. SE has outsourced the management of its Investment Property Portfolio (its portfolio of investment sites and premises) since 1991. SE currently manages the Occupied Buildings (where our staff work and we do business) and associated Facilities Management (FM) of contracts and services in-house. For the Property portfolio the agent will provide full management services. For the Occupied buildings the agent will be responsible for putting in place and managing the service contracts.

Renewal: This contract is anticipated to be awarded for an initial period of 48 months with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months each.

Bidders' case studies should demonstrate that they have the necessary skills and experience of delivering the core and draw down services required of both elements of the Invitation to Tender. We would anticipate that each case study be no more than one page in length. These will be evaluated on a PASS/FAIL basis. Pass equals providing 3 examples detailing relevant experience to deliver the service. Fail equals failure to provide 3 examples detailing relevant experience to deliver the service. Bidders can submit examples in a separate document to allow room to provide details of the service provided."
