Notice Description

Redcoration of paintwork to various properties within SBHA's housing stock

Lot Information

Lot 1

Redecoration of paintwork to existing properties within SBHA housing stock, including communal stairwells where required. As part of SBHA's due diligence practice, they will carry out an Experian Credit Check either at ESPD stage as part of Economic & Financial Standing Criteria or prior to Award to the successful bidder in a Call Off Contract from a Framework.
