Lot Information

Rewiring at Muirhouse Primary School, Motherwell

The Works comprise the removal of the existing identified electrical installations, provision of the new panel boards, distribution boards, cable trunking systems and supports, general power and lighting outlets, light fitting and fixings, emergency lighting units and wiring, external security lighting, electric heating, fire detection and alarm system, intruder alarm, emergency voice communication system and video door entry, disabled toilet alarms, induction loop system, period bell system, IT and telephone installation, hand driers, insectaflash units, door bells, main supplies for heating and ventilation to plant, earthing and bonding, designation labels, identification and other associated works. New suspending ceilings and trims shall also be installed, including new kitchen canopy together with fire stopping, builderswork etc.
