Trust H.A. Framework for Re-roofing and Associated Works: 2019-2023
Notice Description
Trust Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each of the two Lots included within the initial Invitation to Tender document for the carrying out of re-roofing and associated works to its housing stock throughout Scotland as may be required for a four-year period commencing on a mutually agreed date in April 2019. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation for each Lot will be appointed to the Framework.
Lot Information
West Lodge Gardens, Alloa - Amenity Housing
Trust Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each of the two Lots included within the initial Invitation to Tender document for the carrying out of re-roofing and associated works to its housing stock throughout Scotland as may be required for a four-year period commencing on a mutually agreed date in April 2019. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation for each Lot will be appointed to the Framework. The rates submitted in the initial tender will apply to the re-roofing works required to be carried out for Trust Housing Association to West Lodge Gardens and Corrie Terrace only. All subsequent works that may be issued under the Framework will be ordered at the discretion of the Association following mini-tendering competitions between the appointed Framework Contractors.
Corrie Terrace, Isle of ArranTrust Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each of the two Lots included within the initial Invitation to Tender document for the carrying out of re-roofing and associated works to its housing stock throughout Scotland as may be required for a four-year period commencing on a mutually agreed date in April 2019.
