This is an Open Procurement. Assessment will be undertaken in two stages. Stage 1 is the Tender assessment - 'Award Criteria.' The Contractor with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender will be afforded the work. Stage 2 is the ESPD 'Selection Criteria'. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they do not meet the minimum requirements set out in Guardbridge Information to Tender (ITT) document.
