Lot 1 - Aberdeen City

Grampian HA will soon be inviting a range of Micro, Small, Medium and Large contractors to tender for a new locally based (Grampian HA wide) MTC offering the provision of Reactive Repairs & Maintenance and Void Services throughout the four geographic areas in Scotland that Grampian HA operate (Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire North, Aberdeenshire South & Moray). Grampians HA are looking to engage with the marketplace to investigate and find the best options for all our Reactive Maintenance and Void for all our customers given the diverse geographical area that we cover. We have identified a range of options and are keen to get market feedback on these options. See attached "PIN Information - GHA Options & Contractor Response" for full details" we would ask you to complete this and return this to Nikita.Stewart@grampianhousing.co.uk by 19 April 2019 @ 5:00pm

Renewal: The option to extend for 3 x single 12 month periods at the discretion of Grampian HA
