Southside Housing Association invites tenderers to quote for undertaking a stock condition survey (SCS), to assist in meeting their legislative and business planning obligations

SHA are commissioning a survey to assess the state of repair or condition of the Association's current building stock in connection with the preparation of a planned preventative maintenance programme. SHA invites tenders from suitably qualified, competent and experienced consultant to undertake a comprehensive stock condition survey, this shall include: -SHA's aim is to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the stock condition survey, ensuring that surveys are targeted to ensure the information provides robust data for future business planning purposes. - SHA require to achieve 60% survey coverage (subject to final agreement), the appointed consultant shall be required to develop a survey methodology which considers this overall requirement, but it is anticipated that the individual stock survey percentages shall vary dependant on type, age, etc.
