The City of Edinburgh Council intends to tender for Core Banking Services in the near future. The scope of this tender will include the following areas; Bank Account Operations; Payment Operations; Income collection; Electronic Banking Services; Other Information Requirements; Branch Network and Cash Solutions; Innovation; and Transitional Arrangements. The tender will be assessed on Commercial (Price) and Technical (Quality) grounds. It is likely that the Technical evaluation will include a presentation by Tenderers and that these will take place on week commencing 8 July 2019. However these details will be confirmed in tender documentation and it is understood that flexibility may be required during the school holiday period. It is expected that the tender will follow an Open OJEU process and will be published on Public Contracts Scotland in late April. Tenderers will have a minimum of 30 days in which to respond. The purpose of this notice is for information only and no further action is necessary at this point.
