In line with this the Council is seeking a managing agent to secure properties in the private rented sector and undertake property and tenancy management responsibilities of approximately 1850 properties on behalf of the Council.

In line with this the Council is seeking a managing agent to secure properties in the private rented sector and undertake property and tenancy management responsibilities of approximately 1850 properties on behalf of the Council with the potential for this to rise to up to 2500 properties if required over the life of the contract. The Council invites perspective parties to note interest. The City of Edinburgh Council will hold a Supply Market Briefing at the Diamond Jubilee Room, City Chambers, High Street, Edinburgh at 2pm on 13 May 2019. Please contact Ben Fulton (ben.fulton@edinburgh.gov.uk) by 3 May 2019 to confirm your attendance.
