Glasgow Royal Infirmary - Ward 27 Refurbishment
Notice Description
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde are seeking to appoint a principle contractor for works associated with the refurbishment of existing in-patient ward 27 at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. This refurbishment will be extensive and include the strip out of existing services and finishes back to shell to allow the area to be brought up to standards expected of a modern healthcare environment. Works will also be carried out in a live hospital environment requiring the appointed contractor to understand and co-ordinate the various phases of works to ensure that disruption to the daily operation of the building is kept to a minimum.
