We are seeking notes of interest from suppliers who can either: Provide existing software that, with some degree of integration, will meet the requirement. Have the technical ability and resource to build the platform based on our specification and provide the required support on an ongoing basis. We would urge all potential bidders to review the link provided for the existing platform (http://simplecommunity.org/) so that you may understand the current functionality.. All notes of interest must be submitted by 30th April 2019, beyond this date we will not respond to further enquiries at this stage.
